My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly quiet, providing a nice and comfortable atmosphere with all the right amenities. I could enjoy a stunning view overlooking the park, the Kobe Tower, and the sea from my room, all while resting on the comfortable beds. The hotel's location is convenient, near the harbor park, Mosaic, UMIC shopping centers, and Kobe Tower. While the dining experience was excellent with a variety of Japanese and European options, the moved Camelia Restaurant to the 34th floor lacked food variety. The service was top-notch, with the reception staff being helpful in guiding me to various attractions, like Kobe beef restaurants, local pubs, jazz clubs, and onsens. Overall, a great option for a 1 to 2-night stay.

However, the glamour in the premises could be enhanced for those walking to downtown Kobe. The location was really convenient, close to the harbour, yet a bit far from the CBD. The dining experience was above average with a nice selection of Western and Japanese dishes. The service was genuinely friendly and professional and the breakfast truly satisfying. In terms of facilities, the hotel had everything I needed.

The dining was remarkable, offering a great selection of delicious pastries and local specialties. However, housekeeping services were quite late, and the inability to access our triple room until 15:30 was a downside.
